This is a communication tool developed by Susan K. Gilmore and Patrick W. Fraleigh. By ranking four option in 20 questions, it brings to light one's patterns of response when calm and when under pressure. it is very helpful in becoming aware of one's typical responses so they can be anticipated or modified, and also in doing the same with people around you.
